MACHINING

Our in-house machine shop allows us to manufacture a wide range of materials within very short timescales.

Whether a one-off component or small batch run, we would be happy to discuss or quote.

DMU60evo

We have two DMU60eVo, 5-axis CNC machines on site, with impressive tool banks capable of wet or dry machining the above materials and more.

These have maximum bed sizes of 500 x 500 x 500mm and maximum table load of 400kg, one of which has extraction fitted.

VMX32SRTi

This is our largest 5-axis CNC machine, capable of working all of our current material stock and has extraction to allow machining of Rohacell, Carbon Fibre and Tooling Board.

It has a maximum travel of ~1000 x 500 x 500mm and can machine items of similar size, detail dependent.

A slightly smaller 5-axis in comparison with the VMX32SRTi but still a key machine of ours for the smaller jobs, it has maximum working size of 600 x 400 x 400mm and is not to be underestimated.

Our CNC lathe capable of one-off or small batch turning runs, with a maximum turning length of 340mm and diameter of 300mm.

We also have a range of manually operated machines including a lathe, milling machine, hydraulic press to name a few.
