DESIGN

Our in-house Drawing Office has the ability to design and test each component, utilising rapid prototyping for the final test and fit of new concepts.

We have a wide range of experience designing final use parts in cosmetic and structural applications, as well as any associated tooling, jigs and fixtures required for both machining and assembly.

RAPID PROTOTYPING

Our Stratasys F170 3D printers have proved a valuable asset to the company, allowing manufacture of complex jigs, fixtures, and prototype components in short timescales.

Such prototypes are invaluable for customer input throughout the design process, and allow projects to be steered in directions otherwise difficult to visualise.

CAD MODELLING

We model all components and assemblies in-house, including tooling, jigs and fixtures and can do so retrospectively to modify any current design to specification.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

We have been making full use of our Romer Arm scanner, scanning and reverse engineering items such as the 84G Casing for remanufacture.

This allows components to be scanned, modelled, adjusted (if necessary) and manufactured and can suit a wide range of applications. See more
