Composite Manufacture

We manufacture a range of motorsport oriented products including complete cars for the Hillclimb market and components for various F1 teams. As such we are very used to working within tight time constraints whilst maintaining high quality and, at the same time, keeping costs under control. We have a dedicated composite facility, including a "state-of-the-art" Aeroform controlled autoclave of 1.5m diameter x 5m long plus segregated laminating, trimming and material storage environments. 3D Software packages used are Unigrahpics and Solid Edge with Strand Composite FEA. In addition to the manufacture of components we have the ability to take cad model parts and design/manufacture the tooling moulds and finished components when given a design brief.
